PizzaEvangelist is a home cooking school in Brisbane, run by Stefania. Before it, there were two decades in Italian luxury and lifestyle marketing, across fragrance, food and travel. What never changed was a stubborn interest in getting Italian food right, and a growing impatience with people being told it's complicated.

It isn't. Italian home cooking is a few good ingredients, handled properly. We teach that, in small classes, with every recipe tested and tested again until it works in an ordinary home kitchen.

We're also a charity cooking school. Cooking together is how we like to give back.
